冷氣軍師被捕！網上呼籲「裝修」24 歲男子涉煽惑刑事毀壞被捕

警方網絡安全及科技罪案調查科留意到有人於十月中旬，在網上社交平台煽惑他人破壞店鋪。人員經深入調查後，相信有關言論是由一名二十四歲本地男子發佈。

警方昨日（十二月十六日）上午在將軍澳區拘捕該名男子，涉嫌「煽惑刑事毀壞」，現正被扣留調查。

警方提醒市民，互聯網的世界不是一個無法可依的虛擬世界。根據香港現行法例，大部分針對現實世界用來防止罪行的法例，均適用於互聯網世界。警方提醒市民切勿以身試法。

Police’s Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau is aware that in mid October, some netizens incited others to vandalise shops. Following thorough investigation by the Police, one 24-year-old male was identified as the distributor of such remarks.

The Police arrested the male for “Incitement to Criminal Damage” in Tseung Kwan O yesterday (16 December). He has been detained for further investigation.

Please be reminded that the internet is not a lawless land. Most Hong Kong laws applicable in the real world also apply to the virtual world. Do not risk breaking the law.
